My New Year’s Resolutions aren’t about what I intend to give up, but about all I want more of…
- more time with friends I don’t see frequently enough
- more time with family, immediate and extended
- more goals accomplished at work
- more reading
- more hours of sleep each night
- more drinking my 8 glasses of water a day
- more vegetables
- more days in which I don’t skip my walk
- more attending live music events
- more new music explored
- more thinking of the needs of others
